How can I limit Family Shared storage

Is it possible to limit storage per Family member? I want to prevent that one member takes all the storage

Can I limit the amount of storage shared per family member? I don't want my kids to use all of my paid storage. Can I restrict the amount of space each family member can use? If not, this feature should be added.
