I was hoping you could give me a little more information regarding your issues moving to a new phone.
Were both phones iPhones, or just one?
Do you still have access to your old phone?
When you got your new phone, how did you set it up? Did you restore information from an iCloud backup, or did you copy the information directly from one phone to the other?
