Forgot Apple ID to download apps

I know my Apple username for the cloud etc but when I try to do an app it said apps disabled and not it’s making me verify my password. I do not remember my Apple password so where do I go to reset the password so I can finally download apps?!

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
