How do you enable Night Shift on an iPhone

Hello,

I was curious how I can setup Nigh Shift on my phone to help ease the strain on my eyes at night. If possible I would like the increase the intensity of the Night Shift and have it start when the sun sets and end when the sun rises automatically for my area. Any suggestion on how I can get this done?
