No set up screen pop up and doesn’t appear in Bluetooth as available connection either. What’s happening?

See Identify status lights on HomePod - Apple Support and If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support. You need to be using a rated adapter to supply enough power. Note that while Bluetooth is used to configure HomePod it won't appear as a device you can pair with, nor does it support conventional Bluetooth audio. Playback is from your unhidden purchase history, or iCloud Music Library if you have Apple Music or iTunes Match, or AirPlay from other devices and computers.
