$1200 on 120 albums between 2005 and 2009 that I’ve been on my devices until recently I am now all my purchase albums are nowhere to be found. I’ve had 10 calls with support and three visits at the store and no one has had authorization to reimburse me for my purchases

Not sure what you mean by "nowhere to be found." If you are still using the same Apple ID, are in the same country, and the content is still available, you may be able to redownload fresh copies at no charge. Follow the steps in here:
