Non-Return Fee

My airpods stopped working but were still under the 1 year insurance so I sent them back and got the replacement but had to enter my information for a “Non-Return Fee” was I charged? I can’t find the charge anywhere and the representative didn’t answer my question. Thanks

Hi CurdledSeeker,

It sounds like you have a question about a Non-return fee and we want to help.

A non-return fee is, as the name implies, a fee assessed in the event your malfunctioning AirPods are not returned.

If you have AppleCare+, you can read the terms and conditions on that here:

Legal - AppleCare+ - Apple

Let us know if that helps.
