Personal hotspot

how do I access my personal hotspot? I mean i literally restated my iPhone and the device that was connect to my hotspot and now the personal hotspot isn’t even listed on my network settings.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
