Hello, I have an iPad OS 10. Recently when I try to download an app through the App Store, a circle keeps spinning.
I've signed out of iTunes and restarted then logged back in but the same issue.
Can anyone help me please?
Which apps are you trying to download?W What iPad?
If you are running iOS 10, you can't download many apps, so that's why it's not working
Many apps won't work on your device due to the age.
According to the App Store you need iOS 9 for Sky Go

I have an iPad 4th generation.
I had the Sky Go app on there running fine for ages. Then it kept playing up so I deleted it and can't re-install it ☹️
It's weird as it says iOS 9 but still keeps spinning.
