Iphone touch screen latency.

Hi all. Some days ago I have bought iPhone SE 2020. My sister has iPhone XR. When I was using it I saw the some strange thing. I have checked it on 5! Apple iPhones (5S, 6S, SE, 7, XR) and all of them have this thing. I want to tell you about touch screen latency when you are opening an app (e.g. Contacts).

If you press or scroll the screen before the application opening animation passes, your finger will not be recognized at all. I used to use Xiaomi smartphones and they didn't have this problem. Explain to me why this is and why it cannot be configured.

If you do not understand what I mean, do this: open Contacts and instantly try to scroll or press something, your finger will not be recognized.
