The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

With the holiday and Covid pandemic disrupting many Apple Stores this is a question we can’t really answer here. In normal times it would probably be possible (depends on location), but for now start with the contact info on your original sales documents and take it from there.
