  • What’s happening? If you receive an error message, what does it say?
  • Do you have an issue opening the file using one of the built-in macOS apps.
  • Please confirm which macOS version shows after clicking on the Apple logo at the top left of the screen, then on 'About This Mac'. Also, let us know if you've already checked on the Adobe website for the newest version of Acrobat Reader.
  • Are you able to reproduce the issue? What actions do you take to reproduce it?
