change hub

After the last HomePod update my default hub switched from Apple TV to the HomePod.

How do you force it back to the Apple TV?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

I don't believe there is a way to give preference as to which device takes the role of home hub, other perhaps than turning them all off, then turning on the one you want to be the hub first.
