how do I add messages to iCloud

After migrating to iPhone 12 my text messages are not appearing on my MacBook Pro. Also can not send text messages from my MacBook Pro after the iPhone 12 migration.

I checked app on iCloud and messages do not appear.

How to add non iPhone messages to apple messages I used to get all my text messages in apple messages. Now only the iPhone users show up.

See - If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support.
