Why can’t I find the Apple Fitness app for my Apple TV?

I search in the App Store and can’t find anything. I am running 14.3.

The Apple Fitness app will be preinstalled with the tvOS 14.3 update in countries where Apple Fitness+ is available (and if that matches the region for your Apple ID account).
