Where are downloaded files in ios10

Hi. I have an OLD iPad, running iOS 10. And that's the way it's staying, so if your first suggestion is "upgrade", look elsewhere.


All I need to know is where this version of iOS stores files downloaded locally while I'm in Safari.

Thank you. I suspected that from the beginning of my research this morning, but simply could not accept that.


This is why I prefer real computers and not a dumbed-down OS like mobile operating systems.

And as an fyi, my son suggested a workaround - download the file on a real computer and add it to the old iPad via iTunes.
