Apple TV 3 not able to connect to iTunes store

Apple TV 3 not able to connect to iTunes Store after entering password on tv.

mat the same time I can Apple TV in my devices logged in on Apple.accountid on the computer. What is the problem please help?

itunes apple tv I am trying to set up apple tv 2nd generation to my TV. When I type in my iTunes info it says it cannot connect. But even tho I am typing the correct email / user name and password it says it cannot connect to iTunes. Everything else ads up. But I cannot get past this. Help!
