My voice not heard
When I get a call, the caller can't hear my voice.
I checked to be sure that the mics didn't have dust in them and I reset the phone

You started by checking for dust and debris, which was a great idea. Let’s also remove the case and screen protector, if applicable. Make sure no Bluetooth devices are connected (Settings > Bluetooth) and restart the iPhone: Restart your iPhone.
If the issue is resolved with the removal of the case or screen protector there is something on them that is causing interference with the microphone. If the behavior continues, let’s follow the steps in this guide: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working. Let us know if the voice memo plays back with sound.
