Why won’t my iPhone install ios14

Hello ubuhle,

what happens when you try to update your phone to iOS 14? Which iOS 14 are you trying to update to, 14, 14.1, 14.2,...?

Make sure you are connected to power and wi-fi when you do the download.

If you still have problems,

• turn wi-fi off on your phone

• go to

Settings->General->Reset->

select ‘RESET NETWORK SETTINGS’

• turn phone off and leave off

• turn router off for 1 minute

• turn router back on

• wait for router to completely power up

and come ready

• power phone on

• go to Settings and turn wi-fi on

• plug phone into power

• make sure phone is connected to wi-fi

• do iOS download

Presumably you have a phone that can actually update - a 6s or later?
