Please try restating your question and explain exactly what you are trying to do. Include whatever problems you are having and any error messages.

If the backup was deleted, there isn't a way to recover the backup. If that isn't what you mean, more information would help.

Have you checked the Trash? Gone to the email provider's web site to see if the emails are there, possibly in the Trash or some other place?
