During Family Sharing setup, I declined use of Face ID to approve "Ask to Buy" requests. I'd like to enable it. I've done everything under the moon turning off/on all the settings. Nothing has worked and there's no toggle button. HELP!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Apple Support Communities. We see that you can't find the option to use Face ID for "Ask to Buy" after setting up Family Sharing.
We're glad to help.
You'll need to make sure that iTunes & App Store is turned on in the Face ID settings:
Settings > Face ID & Passcode > iTunes & App Store enabled
Use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad Pro
