Currently if I go to the App store on my computer, my name shows up on the bottom left side of the window with a balance of $56.93. However, if I log into my Apple ID account, it shows that I have a balance of $20.75. Why would the two be different? I believe the $20.75 is accurate but then what is the $56.93 showing in the App store?

Click on Store from the Mac menu bar while in the Mac App Store and sign out. Restart your Mac after that and sign back in. See if the balance updates and shows the correct info.
