how do i share my apps on all my devices

Just log in with your Apple ID on the Apple TV and you should be able to see them in the Purchased list for download.

Various iOS/iPadOS apps do not have a tvOS counterpart. Apple TV apps have to be specifically designed for Apple TV by their developers. If that hasn’t happened, then it will not be available on that device.
