I can’t get into my Ovia apps...they told me my phone is a jailbroken device...I’m guessing this is bad...
How do I check too see if my phone is jailbroken & how do I undo if it is?
iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

They "I don't believe so" is not very reassuring. You would have had to installed any jailbreak or beta unless you are letting a friend handle you iPhone. Best at this point to contact the app developer.
Before you do go to Settings > General > About > Version. Copy the two numbers you find, one will be something like 14.3, tap it and it will reveal the build number. Post both of them here.
It's entirely possible the app needs to be updated to deal with the newest version of iOS.
Contact the app developer.
Are you running a beta version on your iPhone?
No, I don’t believe so.
14.3 (18C66)
The is the latest public build and is not a jailbreak version. Contact the developer.
