How can I fix my front camera , my Iphone 7+ is updated to ios 14.3 , my front camera works perfectly fine on the camera app , but if I try to use it on Whatsapp , messenger, snapchat or facetime , it fails or does not open the app.

Open Settings, tap Privacy, tap Camera and see if any of those apps are turned off. You can also check the Camera settings for each app: Open Settings, scroll down and tap an app (e.g. What's App) and check that Camera is turned on.
