I spilled melted butter on iPhone and now speaker is muffled. Any ideas?

It sounds like your iPhone suffered catastrophic damage. Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.

I used Q Tip with Acetone and it worked. Also a toothpick
I put phone in rice but then I used qtip with acetone on speaker holes. To my delight. It worked this morning!
