How do I find total mileage for the year on Apple Health, Activity, iPhone, or Watch

Neither Apple activity nor Apple health seem to have a filter options for yearly data. I want to know my total miles ran for the year? Seem like a very simple request given that all the apps that use Apple watches data live Strava, provide it. I DONT want to see (walking and running combined). These are not the same and over inflate someone’s running efforts. I just want total miles summed for each time I selected “Run” for the activity in work out. I do see them listed monthly (see screen shot), but seems like a huge pain to manually add these up and no elevation totals monthly. Total elevation gain yearly would be nice also. Come on Apple, you’re supposed to be the leader here, just add the filtering in. I mean Apple health is an abomination of an app and really needs to be redone from the ground up (shocked this did not happen before Fitness+ was launched) using an entire new team at Apple. Please help!

No all the data stays on your phone,it's all taken from the health and fitness apps, there's no 3rd party involved.

It's called Activity Stats.
