Caller ID on iPhone se and iPhone 7

Where is “show my caller ID” I go to settings, phone and there is no show my caller I’d. I had it before but it disappeared.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

As you have noted it should be under Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Show my Caller ID. Since it is not there then I recommend that you shut down and restart your iPhone. See if that helps. If not then contact your carrier because that is the feature that is managed and controlled by your carrier.

No. That feature has not been removed. It still exists in IOS version 14.3 if your carrier allows it.

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone.

After that see whether the button appears again.

Force ReStarting the iPhone ensures that all the cache files from previous session has been deleted. It does not delete any data on your iPhone. It reloads the RAM with fresh information. It will ensure that iOS is loaded fresh again. Removes any issues that may have been created from previous session etc.
