Can I setup a different cell number on my Iwatch 6

I am setting up a new iWatch 6 series and pairing to my work iPhone. Am I able to use a different cell number which will be my personal cell along with my work Apple ID?

Pairing new Apple Watch 7 with my iPhone. It looks simple but maybe I missed & provided wrong answer when pairing new Apple Watch 7 with my iPhone. I wanted to set up cellular plan for it. Don’t see the option to add cell using watch app on my iPhone. So I called Verizon. They wanted an IMID#. The Apple Watch uses the cell number of the iPhone it’s paired to.
