Unknown computer on network

In Finder on my MacBook Air, when I click on the Network location on the left sidebar, I see this "hp820115" pop up as a computer on my network. I don't have an HP computer. When I click on "Get Info" - there are no details.

Anyone know what this is? An old printer? Isn't this supposed to show what's connected to my network right now? If that's the case, is this an intruder to my personal network?

It is a device advertising sharing services. Its appearance is normal. If you do not want to see devices advertising sharing services you can hide them.
