My iPhone 6s says iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. And that’s it. I can’t slide to turn off or make an emergency call.

I tried that and the only option I have is to restore it. I really don’t want to do that.

There aren't any other options. Knowing the passcode only makes a difference if you previously backed it up.
