Schedule Schooltime on personal Apple Watch

Hello, I recently got an Apple Watch for Christmas, and I would like to set a schedule for the new school time feature. However, it looks like you can only schedule it on a family setup watch, and I set it up on my own phone. Is there anyway to do that on a non-family setup watch? Thanks in advance!
