Hello! I have observed that since I updated my Iphone 6s to 13.6.1 I started having battery problems like having sudden shutdowns and too much battery draining. I have 13.7 now and its still having the same problem. Should I downgrade to 13.6 ? How? thank you

You cannot move to a previous version of iOS. What you can do is update to a higher available version which is iOS version 14.3.
