At the bottom: "If you still can't find your AirPod or Charging Case, or if something is damaged, get the serial number [ https://support.apple.com/ht209371 ] and then contact Apple Support [you will have to go to the article for the special Airpod replacement service link] for a replacement. Then learn how to set up your replacement."
