The easy way: On the phone go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on the switch for Contacts. On your MacBook Air go to System Preferences, Apple ID (or iCloud on older versions of Mac OS) and check the box for Contacts.

This will sync iCloud contacts. If some of your contacts are associated with email accounts such as Yahoo, gmail, MS Exchange, etc, you must set up the same account on both the iPhone and your MBA.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. It is a bit unreasonable to expect a response to a post in 4 minutes. Sometimes you will be lucky, but other times it might take hours, or occasionally over a day to get a response from another user/volunteer.
