I am trying to invite my daughter to family music sharing from my android phone to her email. The hyperlink takes her to icloud but does not allow her to join the family sharing. What is the solution for this?

What email app is she using the open the link? There's usually a link or "Get Started" button that maybe you can hold and copy the link from.....can you try copying that link and pasting it into a web browser like Chrome Browser on the Android phone?
It's possible email app being used on the phone isn't allowing the link to open properly? Let us know what happens and maybe someone from Apple can chime in, or you can try the Get Support button in Apple Music Settings to report it to Apple.
