Apple Watch Bedtime Alarms

Is there anyway to disable the bedtime alarm on the watch? I use the bedtime alarm schedule but I strongly dislike how the alarm goes through my watch. I’d prefer the alarm to go off on my phone but I can’t seem to find the setting to change this. Can anyone help?

Apple Watch Alarm One night I set my an alarm for 3am in the morning to catch a flight, ever sense my watch has it's alarm going off at 3am. I tried turning off the alarm, muting the watch and changing timings in bed app. Is there a way to turn it off. I can't just shut off my watch because I have other alarms.
