Speaker problems

Is it normal for my iPhone 11 bottom right speaker to be lower then the top, it’s like barely any sound comes out of it...help !

Hmm, it probably needs to be cleaned:

Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
