I want to ask is there a way to rest the whole clock thing, cuz the seconds were wrong as I’ve compared to the online one. Is there a way to rest the clock even with the seconds ? I’ve tried the “set automatically” but the seconds does not change. so please help!

As we understand it, you've added the World Clock widget, but the second hand is inaccurate?
If so, you can toggle the date & time from automatic to manual under Settings > General > Date & Time, however there is not an option to manually adjust the second hand.
If it is inaccurate, take a moment to restart your iPhone, and if the issue persists after that, remove the widget and then re-add it.
