FILE>SHARE>FILE and in the next window set FORMAT to AUDIO ONLY

iMovie 10.1.12 re attach audio. I have a video which is 3 frames out of lip sync. I detach the audio and correct the sync now I want to re attach the audio BUT how. I can share to file to re import it to edit it but the file is 171Gb when saved. This should be so easy but it's not... Please help.
