TV Shows - Series platform

When I switch users on the apple TV from the default user to my Apple ID only the Movie platform is loading and not the TV Show platform. I have tried switching the default ID to my ID but the TV shows still doesn't load?

How can I add the TV Show platform? It is not available in apps & it would usually self-load?
