I'm having this issue with my device (iphone 12 ios 14.3) where I can't upload photos on facebook, theres a message to "allow access photos on camera roll" but the continue button is not clickable. And no "photos" option to enable in facebook setting on my phone.

Try this:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos
Are Photos marked Allow and if they are is FaceBook turned on when you tap there?
SOLVED. I tried to change my profile picture in facebook and then ther's a prompt message to allow access to camera roll. Then tried going back to newsfeed to upload photos.
No facebook app there as you can see. I cant allow Photos to have access since its not showing.
