Apple Watch band
I just received a new Apple Watch & the loop band size is too big. How do I go about switching it out for a smaller one?

You can probably return and exchange, but details vary with region and I have no idea where you are. For example, here in UK we get until Jan 8th with some wriggle room if local stores are closed. https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/shipping-pickup but you need to scan the Apple site for your country to get local information.
