hello Someone stole my phone I have apple care but I don’t know what it can help me cover . i am trying to get a new phone as soon as possible

You will need to have purchased AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss coverage. Check your emails from Apple when you purchased the coverage and ensure that you have Theft & Loss coverage. If you do then there is a fee to replace your Lost iPhone and that is $149 USD. Please see image below:
