This has all ready been supplied but I will post it again
I would try using a PC or Mac
Then I'm at a loss as to why my iPad won't let me install it. :-( It doesn't give me any hints as to why is won't install, it just says "Unable to Install Update And error occurred installing iPadOS 14.3"
How are you installing it? Do you have a good internet connection?
Clicking on InstallNow under General Settings. I have a strong WiFi connection and the iPad is plugged in for power.
How do you do that?
