When i enter purchased date it shows message we are unable to enter update purchase date at this time.

Hello,

You shouldn't need to enter the purchase date. The warranty begins when they are purchased. They are associated with your Apple ID when they are connected:

Connect and use your AirPods and AirPods Pro
