Locked out of my iphone

I am assuming that you do not have the correct passcode to get to the home screen of your iPhone. Your iPhone have also been disabled due to too many attempts with the incorrect passcode. If my assumption is correct then you will need to reset the passcode of your iPhone with the use of a computer.

You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
