iPhone 11 mic broken while Voice Call

Hello, I have problem with my iPhone 11 with bottom microphone while voice call. Other side hear me like i am in water or some screaming and it is annoying fot the other side. I try test mic in Voice Memos and there is everything OK. Then i try it in secondary apps like WhatsApp and Messenger and there is everything OK too. Can somebody help me with this problem ? A tried everything... like restart phone, clean mic, factory reset, other SIM. Nothing happened.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having issues with the microphone on your iPhone when placing calls using the Phone app only. To clarify, does this happen for both regular calls and those over speakerphone? Does this issue persist with calls placed using cellular and calls placed over Wi-Fi? Does this happen with every call in all locations?

If you would, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data, if the option for VoLTE is available, does disabling or enabling this help with the way you sound to others? View or change cellular settings on iPhone

Hello, for the first thank you for your reply. While using speakerphone is everything ok. It is happening only over regular calls and cellular. And yes, it is happen with every call in my locations. I tried everything about VoLTE but it is not working still.

Now i tried audio call FaceTime and there is a problem with mic too.... :(
