I keep pushing the mode button on the headphones and nothing happens. How do I know they are in pairing mode?

There is no booklet. Beats site is worthless. They simply take me to Apple support. I tried them and they have no idea how to fix the problem. I'm starting to believe my headphones are defective.
Get your booklet out for the headphones and put them in pairing mode. Then go to Bluetooth settings on your computer, find the Beats and click on connect.
I believe they should blink white but it should say in your booklet or go to beats site and look at it.
