Update iPad Air 2 to 14.3 problems

What’s happening? If you receive an error message, what does it say?

What device is this happening with? Which software version?

Are you able to reproduce the issue? What actions do you take to reproduce it?

I’ve just upgraded to 14.3 on my trusty iPad Air 2... and now the power button no longer works. I can power down through Settings -> General -> Shut Down and have done this multiple times. Anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?
